What should I do if I received the wrong product?

You placed your order from our online shop and received the wrong item. That is very inconvenient, and we apologise in case this happens! We ask you to go online and return the item for a refund, then re-order the item(s) again, as we unfortunately cannot arrange a swap.

If you received the right product but in the wrong size for you, you can online exchange the product for a different size. If you receive the wrong size but ordered the right one - we can support you, just contact us and we will help you exchange your item for the ordered size.

Tip - If you select the 'refund with Reebok e-giftcard' option (you can choose this in the return steps), you will receive your refund as a Reebok gift card straight after your return is processed, ready to use for your re-order. Choosing this option prevents you from waiting up to 14 days for the bank transfer to be completed. The monetary refund can of course also be used on any other item.
