Where is my order?
Visit your order details page to track the status of a recent order. If it hasn’t been shipped yet, we are doing everything to send your order asap. If you’ve received your shipping email with a Royal Mail track and trace number, please use the tracking link within the email to get the latest information regarding your delivery. 

It could be possible you receive multiple packages for your order and each package has its own tracking email and link.

Pre-orders and Back-in-Stock items:
Please note: For articles that are temporarily out of stock, but could be pre-ordered, different delivery times apply. You can find more info here or check the estimated shipping date in your order overview page.

Not home at the time of the delivery?
You can be in charge of your delivery by using the tracking link from the shipping email from Royal Mail. You could try to redirect your package to your neighbour, a collection point near you or reschedule the delivery date.
 
Delivery Rules & Restrictions:
  • reebok.co.uk can only ship to the United Kingdom.
  • our Carrier Delivery days run from Monday – Saturday
  • Express delivery days run from Monday - Friday
  • We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in the UK and Germany.
  • Delivery time varies depending on the type of products purchased, your address and method you choose. During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than expected.
  • Personalising a product takes 1-2 days, for example by adding a name, number, badge or flag. During the launch of new football jerseys, due to popularity, delivery times could increase to 2-4 days.
  • You will receive a notification in case of cancellation or difficulties with processing your order shortly after the issue is identified.
  • Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas (e.g. Jersey Islands & Guernsey), we reserve the right to cancel your order and make such orders subject to additional Terms & Conditions (e.g. requiring a minimum order value). We don’t ship to postal codes starting with GY*, GBA*, GBJ*, JE* and the postal codes: GX11 1AA, AI 2640, ASCN 1ZZ, BBND 1ZZ, BIQQ 1ZZ, FIQQ 1ZZ, PCRN 1ZZ, SIQQ 1ZZ, STHL 1ZZ, TDCU 1ZZ, TKCA 1ZZ, PR3 1PR, TW1 1DG, NN6 7GW, PR3 0BQ, SG8 7DY, CR3 6SG, JE2 4ER, M19 2AW, M19 2AP.

Public holidays & Warehouse closed
Orders placed on or 1 day before a public holiday may take longer to be delivered. So, please expect additional delivery time if you place your order on one of the following dates: 01.01.21, 02.04.21, 05.04.21, 03.05.21, 31.05.21, 30.08.21, 25.12.21, 26.12.21, 27.12.21, 28.12.21.
