How do I return my Reebok store purchase?

Before we explain how to return your in-store purchase, we kindly ask you to check first if the store you got your product from is an Reebok own retail store or an Reebok franchise store. That’s because, although our franchise stores do carry our Reebok logo, they have their own return policy. Find out at what type of store you got your product by referring to your receipt. If you cannot find this information on your receipt, please contact our customer service team so we can help.

How do I return a product I purchased from a Reebok own retail store?
  1. Bring the item you wish to return to the store within 60 days from the date of purchase. We are happy to accept returns on any Reebok products from our stores except for swimwear, underwear, toiletries, cosmetics, shoe care products, and customised products.
  2. Be sure to also bring all original packing materials and accessories. We kindly ask you to return your product in its original condition - with the tags attached and all parts of the original.
  3. Bring your original receipt. If you lost your receipt, you can bring your credit card or bank statement and we can try to retrace your payment. 

How do I return a product I purchased from a Reebok franchise store?
Franchise stores have their own return policies. We kindly ask you to get in touch with the store where you got your product from to find out its return policy.
Can I return my online order at a Reebok store?
We are currently not able to offer returns for items purchased from our online shop.
Can I return my store order to the online shop?
Purchases made in store cannot be returned online.
Can I return my store purchase at a different Reebok store?
If you purchased your product at a Reebok own retail store, you can return your product at any Reebok own retail store in the country where you originally purchased the item(s). This does not apply to franchise stores.
