How do I return my product(s)?

In response to the impact on infrastructure caused by the coronavirus, we have extended our returns period from 30 to 60 days. Returns are free of charge.

COVID-19 - We have enabled multiple delivery partners during this period to ensure the best delivery possible in these challenging times. There are no changes to our return process. You can still return your parcel as usual with the provided {carrier} label in the box, following the normal step below. 
1. Go to Click on 'Start your return' and enter your email and order number.2. You’ll get a digital QR code, which is your return label. No need to print! Did you receive a printed return label in the box? Then use this label.3. Pack the product(s) in their original packaging and place in the box together with the delivery note (the form that came with your order). If you want to return items from multiple orders, make sure to include all delivery notes.  4. If your order came with a printed return label, stick the printed return label over the old delivery label.5. Drop-off the parcel at a drop-off point. Return with the carrier that is mentioned on your return label to avoid return costs. If you received a digital QR code as your return label, have your QR code scanned at the drop-off point.

 6. Once we have processed the return, we will initiate your refund. Refunds to your original payment method can take up to 14 days. Refunds to e-Gift Cards are done via email immediately after the return is processed.

Please note: personalised items are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

There are different return methods depending on where you purchased your product. Items purchased at the Reebok online shop can only be returned to us by post. Items purchased at an Reebok retail store can only be returned to an Reebok retail store.

What is the return policy for face covers?
If the face cover package is not opened, other than this requirement of the packaging being unopened, our normal return policy applies to this product. Please see 'What is our return policy'  for more information. If the product package has been opened, this product is not returnable, exchangeable or refundable due to health protection reasons, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
