How do I return my product(s)?

There are different return methods depending on where you purchased your product. Items purchased at the Reebok online shop can only be returned to us by post. Items purchased at a Reebok retail store can only be returned to a Reebok retail store.

Please note: personalised items are made uniquely for you, and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Items purchased from the Reebok online shop
You can return your online order free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order. If you received items from one order in several parcels, the 30-days return period begins on the day you received the last parcel.

Please note: you will not be charged shipping costs for your return if you return your order with the same carrier that had originally delivered it to you and follow our return instructions below.

  1. Fill out the return form with your return reason(s) and insert into your parcel then seal the box. Is there no return form and label in your parcel? Use the order tracker to print them.
  2. Attach the return label to the parcel over the original label.
  3. Keep note of the tracking number stated on the return label.
  4. Drop off your parcel at your respective carrier drop off point:
  • Parcelforce
  • UPS (only if your order has been shipped via express shipment)

Klarna: How to return with Klarna?

If you selected Klarna as your payment method and choose to return one or more item, visit the Klarna Portal to inform them of your return, which will pause your payment due date.

Items purchased at a Reebok retail store
If you'd like to return item(s) you purchased at the Reebok store, then the best thing to do is to return your unwanted item(s) to the same store where you originally purchased them. Please bring your receipt with you, and make sure you’re returning your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we are currently not able to accept returns at our stores for items purchased from our online shop.

Items purchased at an Reebok authorised reseller
If you purchased products at one of our authorised resellers, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies. It is not possible to return your items to a Reebok store.
