Can I exchange my product(s)?

Ordered the wrong size? No problem. Exchanges for a different size can be made for free within the return policy guidelines. If you'd like your item in a different colour, please return it and place a new order. 
 

 

1. Go to reebok.co.uk/returns. Select 'Free size exchange' and pick the item(s) you want to exchange. When you're done, a QR code will be generated immediately, which you can use as a digital exchange label.

Would you prefer to print out the label? After you've completed step 1, you can also download a printable exchange label. You will also receive this by email.
 

2. If your order was shipped to a Parcelforce collection point, then you’d need to print the exchange label and stick it on the box. You will also receive the QR code / exchange label in your mailbox by email.
 
 

3. Pack the product(s) in their original packaging and place in the box together with the delivery note (the form that came with your order). If you want to return items from multiple orders, make sure to include all delivery notes.  
 

4. Bring the package to a drop-off point from the carrier that you received your exchange label from within 5 days. If you received a digital QR code as your exchange label, have the QR code scanned from your smartphone at the drop-off point. Use the carrier that is mentioned on your exchange label to avoid additional costs.

5. Once your exchange has arrived and been processed in the warehouse, we will ship your new product(s). You will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Please note that a product can only be exchanged once. If the new item still does not fit or meet your expectations, please return the product and reorder the new desired item.

 

  • We will send the exchange item to the original delivery address via our standard delivery service.
  • You can only exchange an item for a different size. If you want a different color or product, you will have to return the item and place a new order. If the desired size is not available during the exchange process, the item is unfortunately (temporarily) sold out.
  • Exchange is not possible if you have purchased an item on another website.
  • Personalized items are made especially for you. These cannot be exchanged. In the event of a production error, please contact our customer service.
